Weekly Accident Reports
These weekly accident reports contain information as reported to the Civil Aviation Authority recently. As such, the accuracy of the information supplied cannot be guaranteed. Any reproduction of the weekly accident reports should be accompanied by this explanation.
This information is published to inform the aviation community and the public of the general circumstances of accidents. The CAA’s database will be updated as more information is obtained, and the occurrence may eventually be published as an Accident Brief when the CAA’s investigation has been completed.
Normally, the reports are weekly, and cover accidents registered by the CAA over the previous seven days, from Tuesday to Monday.
