Law Enforcement
Investigating alleged or suspected breaches of the Civil Aviation Rules and the Civil Aviation Act 1990 is the responsibility of the Law Enforcement Unit. If breaches of the Act are established the Unit can recommend enforcement action.
If you would like to make a complaint, you are welcome to contact Katie McConachie. If your complaint relates to aircraft noise levels, read this information first.
