Information Communications Technology (ICT)
The ICT team provides Information and Communication Technology services to CAA staff. These services include provision and maintenance of telecommunication facilities, network security, server and printer management, desktop hardware and application support via a managed helpdesk service.
The team also provides development, maintenance and training services to the CAA. This team focuses on the internal business system – the Aviation Safety Management System – which has been designed to manage the business of the CAA
