The CAA invites the public to get information first-hand. To receive information at the same time the media does, simply subscribe through the CAA Notification Service. Select “Public and Media Info”, fill in your name and email address, and respond to the confirmation email.

Availability
The CAA is available to answer media enquiries during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. The CAA will also release information in the public interest outside of these times through its Notification Service. To subscribe, select “Public and Media Info”, fill in your name and email address, and respond to the confirmation email.
Inquiries at other times will be responded to on the following business day.

Personal Information Requests
Pursuant to section 45 of the Privacy Act 1993, the Civil Aviation Authority is required to be satisfied of the identity of the person making a request. Therefore, could you please forward a signed photocopy of a photographic form of identification (ie. Passport or Drivers Licence).
No information will be made available to you until proof of your identity has been supplied.
