Public Info
The CAA invites the public to get information first-hand. To receive information at the same time the media does, simply subscribe through the CAA Notification Service. Select “Public and Media Info”, fill in your name and email address, and respond to the confirmation email.

Availability
The CAA is available to answer media enquiries during normal business hours, 7 days a week.
The CAA will also release information in the public interest outside of these times through its Notification Service. To subscribe to this free service, select “Public and Media Info”, fill in your name and email address, and respond to the confirmation email.
Inquiries after hours will be responded to as soon as reasonably practicable, which may be the following business day.
