CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY:
REVIEW BY THE STATE SERVICES COMMISSIONER
The State Services Commissioner has commissioned a review of certain aspects
of the Civil Aviation Authority. The reviewer, appointed pursuant to
section 25 of the State Sector Act 1988, is Douglas White QC.
Mr White seeks submissions addressed to the terms of reference for the review,
which are available on the Commission's website at
www.ssc.govt.nz or from Andy Evans,

Submissions, in writing, should be sent to Andy Evans at any of the above
addresses by 4 August 2003. Persons who wish to be heard by the
Reviewer should indicate dates on which they will be available in their
written submission.
