Report Occurrences Online
You can now report all your occurrences required by Part 12 online – the link below takes you to an online form that is an acceptable means of reporting (you don’t have to file an additional paper copy). This includes defects and bird strikes.
However, it is not an acceptable means of notifying the CAA of an accident or serious incident as soon as practicable – this must still be done on the free phone number:
0508 ACCIDENT (0508 222 433).

After sending your report, an email will be sent to the email address you have provided. The email will repeat all your entries so you can check they are correct.
