New Paragraph on Risk Profile inserted into the policy document
A new paragraph on Risk Profile replaces the original published in the July 2006 document. (Page 3) This was found necessary after an error was discovered in the original risk profile (hot air balloons were said to be four times more dangerous than they were), and some new data came to hand.
