Fixed-wing Operations

Certification Matrices & Forms

The Certification process requires the operator to submit an exposition to the CAA. The exposition provides details of how the operation is carried out in accordance with the Civil Aviation Rules. These matrices contain lists of rules to cover, as applicable, VFR, IFR, maintenance, dangerous goods, and training procedures required in an exposition. The relevant matrices will need to be selected to suit your particular type of operation.

The completed matrices will be used by the CAA to assess an exposition.

Fit and Proper Person Process

All applications for individual aviation documents, and for senior persons for organisations are required to use the 24FPP form below. Use this link for more information on the FPP Process.
