Civil Aviation Amendment Bill (No 2)

The Transport and Industrial Relations Committee is inviting public submissions on the Civil Aviation Amendment Bill (No 2). The closing date for submissions is 9 March 2001. Late submissions will be accepted provided a registration of interest is lodged by 9 March 2001.

The bill aims to enhance aviation safety by making better provision for the regulation of medical certification.
